Wirral Property Group - Office update

The new office is starting to take shape and I hope that we will be in by the end of October. 

The team are insulating the ceilings and putting in the various layers of plasterboard for sound and fire insulation, required under building regulations.  We start the wall insulation on Wednesday and hope to have the place plastered by the middle of next week.

We have had some fun designing the office layout - there will be ceiling and wall mounted TV displays, a CAT5 computer network and enough work stations to keep us going on to the next phase of our expansion. 

Next we are all off to the suppliers to choose the colour scheme for the reception desk and flooring.  Pictures to follow.

We are moving!

I am pleased to anounce that Wirral Property Group and Hamilton Square Estates (previously MOBO Lettings) are moving to bigger premises on the corner of Hamilton Square, Birkenhead.

We have purchased the Cleveland Hotel pub on Cleveland Street in Birkenhead and works have started to create a new office for both Wirra Property Group and Hamilton Square Estates.

This will be topped by a fabulous 7 bed house of multiple occupancy (HMO).

Wirral property Group Planning Update for Exmouth Gdns

The planning application for 2 of 3 bed and 1 of 2 bed houses for this site is ongoing, with a decision expected by 13/12/13.  The application number is out/13/01316, where you can see the proposed layout of the site.  It's a great design which maximises the available space without being too high density - thanks Steve from Spring Architects!

Wirral Property Group - Greasby Property Completed Works

We have recently finished designing and rebuilding a huge garden the project proved difficult when we discovered 6ft of clay that needed to be dug through. Wirral Property Group transformed the customers garden creating a haven for their family complete with land drainage, new fencing througout, a hardstanding shed, and a spectacular lawn which consisted of over 500sq meters of layed turf.

The customer is extremely happy with his new garden making it a practical and beautiful place for him and his family to enjoy with an impressive lawn to utilise for the summer.

Albert Rd HMO almost ready for handover

Having bought this property at the Smith & Sons auctions last year, we have almost completed the renovations.  We converted the property to a house in multiple occupation (HMO) and will let the rooms out to individuals rather than the whole property to one family.

We have gone for a higher than normal specification for finishes, fittings and furniture.  The aim is to get 4 professionals who want a good quality but affordable place to live and relax in.

With a large lounge with leather suite, separate chill space, 2 great shower rooms and a well equipped kitchen we expect each of the double sized bedrooms to let quickly.  Over to Mobo Lettings to sort out some tenants!
