Wirral Council’s elected members last night voted to formally adopt Wirral’s brownfield-only Local Plan.

The plan will support and guide Wirral’s positive regeneration plans, outlining where new homes and employment sites can be delivered.

It will also support the additional infrastructure required to boost economic growth and improve quality of life for Wirral’s residents.
